Statement of Fees for Jeff Munn

• Conducting your Ceremony in a Garden, Park, private residence or Reception Centre $340 plus travelling beyond 30 km return.
• Registry Type Ceremony in my office or in Northerly Park outside my office $340.00.

Fees Include

• Unlimited meetings with the bride and groom.
• All correspondence.
• Completion and lodgement of the Notice of Intention to Marry Form (NOIM) Rehearsal in my office.
• Use of professional PA system.
• Preparation of ceremony.
• Your ceremony can be long, short or Registry Office type ceremony. Over the last 28 years I have prepared and performed may types of ceremonies. These include medieval, quaich, doves, sand, candle and hand fasting ceremonies.
• I have written many of the readings and vows over the last 28 years and no other celebrant has them (also, I have unique readings written by couples I have joined in marriage). When you come to the interview you can chose vows from the large selection, mix and match, or just list the words you believe are important and I will write vows based on those words. The ceremony will be very personal and unique to yourselves. If you wish you can write your own, but please use my long and wide experience to make the task easy for yourselves.
• Use of signing table and table cloth. I have an old tall table so you do not need chairs.
• Travel expenses within 30 K return of my office. Example of travelling and time cost beyond that would be Mandurah, Joondalup and the Swan Valley.
• Stationery, postage and printing costs.
• Manual including brochures for relationship services, sample ceremonies and vows, and optional wedding symbols and rituals.
• Registration of legal documents with the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages (RBDM).
• Officiating at your wedding ceremony on the day.
• Ceremonial certificate of marriage.

Additional Costs Apply For

• Printed copy of your wedding ceremony as a presentation book, $30 to $37 depending on which type you choose.
• Travel and accommodation expenses out of Perth metropolitan area.
• There is an additional cost for extra rehearsals at your wedding venue depending upon distance and travelling time. ($100 - $120) However in over 2950 weddings, I have only performed 20 rehearsals at the venue and 18 of those were when I first became a celebrant. Not only was it difficult to get all participants to the rehearsal, some participants did not take it seriously and then forgot all on the day of the ceremony. I then had to go through the practice again before the ceremony. Not only does it save you a task  before the ceremony, it means everybody knows exactly what to do, before they make their entrance. I am a bit old fashioned and I do want my bride’s entrance to be perfect. However having said all that, if you want a rehearsal, I will be there for you.
• Special theme fancy dress ceremonies. I do have a Monk’s outfit for which there is no extra charge.
• Formal correspondence for DIMIA visa applications, nominally $30, unless there are repeats or complications
• Application for your official certificate of marriage from RBDM. I require a cheque for $45 made payable to RBDM. Please let me know before your ceremony if you wish to obtain this certificate. I have the application forms.
