Know Your Celebrant - Jeff Munn JP

Margaret and I have been happily married since 1962. We migrated to Australia in December 1971 with our two daughters Cathryn and Debrah and have lived in Armadale, Western Australia since our arrival.

I have been active in the community, a city councillor since 1981 and am currently Deputy Mayor of the City of Armadale. I am a Past President of the Marriage Celebrants Association of Western Australia. I was a lecturer at Leederville and Fremantle Tafe in surveying for many years. Soccer refereeing was a passion for 25 years.

I feel my life experiences have given me the necessary skills to perform my duties as a Marriage Celebrant. I am comfortable addressing large or small gatherings. I also have a microphone system which ensures the largest gathering is able to hear all the ceremony.

Since my appointment as a Celebrant in 1983 I have performed over 2650 ceremonies. I have conducted many types of ceremonies and I am able to handle any situation. I make a special effort to assist couples to relax and enjoy a meaningful and emotional ceremony together.
