Know Your Celebrant - Cathryn Julius - Wedding Celebrant

Cath has assisted her father Jeff with his celebrancy for over 25 years. She has now taken it a step further by being appointed as a Registered Marriage Celebrant herself. Since being appointed in September 2006 she has conducted over 60 ceremonies, while also undertaking duties as a full time stay at home mum.

Cath had a head start when she began her journey as a celebrant by using Jeff's library of readings and vows and tapping into his experience of venues and advice on effective procedures.

Cath was for several years a member of a Toastmasters public speaking club. She has taught English in Hong Kong using her Graduate Diploma in Education, also conducting workplace training and assessments in various industries, and has completed Cert IV Training and Assessment. Cath completed the Cert IV in Celebrancy in December 2010.

Welsh-born Cath is happily married to Jason who was born in South Africa. They have a daughter, Jasmine, who was born in December 2005, and a son named Cooper who was born in September 2007.

Having previously worked for Ansett Airlines, RAC and B Digital in call centre leadership and management positions, Cath has all the skills required to help you plan a unique and personalised ceremony.
